All Framework suppliers will perform work as the principal contractor and will be able to offer a full range of turnkey solutions including but not limited to: • Feasibility study. • Planning application. • Full architectural design. • Enabling works. • Site works. • Landscaping. • Soft landings (as part of a full turnkey package).
