Description
Angus Council and the Angus Health and Social Care Partnership have reviewed the current Framework Agreement for the provision of personal care and housing support (including home-based respite services) under SDS Option 3 within the homes of supported people in Angus. This procurement exercise is to source Reserve Providers to supplement existing Providers on the Framework. This is an opportunity for Providers to tender for Reserve services for various Lots within the current framework.

| 1 | Adult Services under 65 – Adult LD, Adult Mental Health and Substance Misuse and Adult PD North
Adults aged 16 and over who have a diagnosed learning disability and who require support with a variety of needs within their home and in the community. Adults aged 16 and over who have mental health and/or substance misuse issues and who require support with a variety of needs within their home and in the community. Mostly housing support but with some personal care requirements as necessary. Adults aged 16 and over who have a physical disability or acquired brain injury and who require support with personal care and/or non-personal care within their home and in the community. |

Attached to this Notice are copies of the Tender Documents for the Provision of home and community-based care and support services under SDS Option 3. Also attached to this Notice are copies of the Tender Evaluation Matrix's for the Information of Bidders. This Flexible Framework has been in place since 01 April 2023 and will run to 31 March 2026 with the option to extend for 1 year. Please note that Estimated Values given in this Notice are based on the remaining 14 months duration of the Framework plus the 12 month extension. Please see Tender Document 1. The payment rates for the Service for all Lots will be determined by the Authority using the Predefined Pricing Model. Payment for all Lots is on a spot purchase basis. Full details of the rates and an explanation of the model are included in the tender documents. Within the duration of the period of the Framework, the Authority will consider changing from a spot to a block arrangement for services in the North West Rural Lot - Lot 5. Details in the tender documents.
