THIS IS NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION Staffordshire County Council are re-commissioning residential and nursing care home provision in the county and would like to consult with the care home market (those currently contracted and the wider market). The Council are intending to facilitate a number of consultation events to feed directly into, and influence, the decision-making processes. This will be integral to the future direction of residential and nursing care home provision for the residents of Staffordshire. We encourage you to attend an event to ensure your organisation has an opportunity to contribute towards a vibrant and sustainable market. As always, we appreciate your time and effort in engaging with Staffordshire County Council, working in collaboration to achieve the best outcomes for your residents.

Total Quantity or Scope

Staffordshire County Council are re-commissioning residential and nursing care home provision in the county and would like to engage with the care home market (those currently contracted and the wider market). SCC wishes to fully consult with prospective suppliers interested in Residential and Nursing Care Home Provision to inform the development of our Commissioning Model. These events will cover the same topics, suppliers should only attend one session, the person attending should be at a minimum a Registered Manager. It is likely that the outcome of the consultation events will assist in the final shape and content of each Lot. 2.An indicative publication date for the contract notice has been provided. However this will remain flexible to accommodate the needs of the market.
