This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.The decision to award this contract was made by the Associate Chief Operating Officer and Head of Contracting. There were no conflicts of interest.The current supplier will be awarded this agreement for the following reasons:They have successfully fulfilled all requirements of the existing contract and with due consideration tot eh key criteria it is considered that they will fulfil all of the requirements of the new contract. They have been providing support to the service over the last 6 months with no reported issues and have demonstrated that they can provide staff at short notice and provide the quality of cover as required. They support Integration of wider Urgent Care Services as they currently provide the Out of Hours services and meet the overall ICS objectives of integrationThey are a local system provider. No performance issues identified in the last 6 months.
