Description
Housing with Care is a set of 4 Extra Care schemes. The Framework is divided to 2 Lots and is set as a North Locality and a South Locality, with a sole provider for each Lot. Homecare Services, otherwise known as Domiciliary Care services are provided to the tenants of the schemes, who have an assessed care need. The contract also provides wellbeing activities for all occupants of the settings.
Lot Division
1 | Aspen Gardens and Parkside Court Extra Care Schemes Housing with Care provides domiciliary care (personal care and domestic household support) to tenants of the 4 Extra Care Schemes, with an assessed care and support need. These are primarily older adults. |
