Description

GTR sought to procure a supplier for Pest Control Services for their Stations and Depots which included but was not limited to undertaking planned visit, inspection and treatment of pests and services, highlighting any action required to maintain pest control observed during planned visits, responding to reactive call outs, identifying and dealing with any infestation promptly, thoroughly and efficiently, highlight any evidence of pests not covered within the scope of works contract, highlighting any proofing requirements and other pest control (insects/manual) will be utilised as and when required and managed under the contract accordingly. The following approach was undertaken: The procurement adopted a restricted procedure format, which was split into two stages of evaluation, a selection questionnaire (SQ) stage and then an invitation to tender (ITT) stage. Other Information

The Railway Industry Supplier Qualification Scheme (RISQS) as a mean of pre-qualification.
