Description

This tender process is to establish a new framework to call off services for two separate lots as identified below:Lot 1: Minor civil projects with a budget ranging from £0 to £500,000. Projects falling within this lot include but are not limited to small-scale infrastructure, maintenance, and repair works. Mostly incorporating active travel projects and pedestrian connectivity improvements.Lot 2: Projects exceeding £500,001 in value. This lot encompasses larger-scale civil projects such as major infrastructure construction, substantial highway works and complex engineering projects. Contractors can apply for Lot 1, Lot 2 or both Lots. Contractors interested in either framework lot within this tender must carefully review the specifications and requirements outlined for each lot. Detailed documentation, including project plans, cost estimates, and compliance assurances, must be provided according to the guidelines set forth for each respective lot.
