Total Quantity or Scope
The Authority intends to award a contract to an existing provider following Direct Award Process C under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR). High level outcomes which the service is expected to make a direct contribution to: • Reducing the proportion of people experiencing social isolation • Reducing the proportion of people experiencing loneliness • Reducing the proportion of people with low self-reported wellbeing • Reducing the level of health inequalities in the borough Contract start date: 1 November 2024 Contract end date: 31 October 2030 Option to extend: None Total contract value: £3,900,000 (£650,000 per annum)

The existing provider is Action Together CIO who are based at 80 Union Street, Oldham, OL1 1DJ. The contract is valued at £3.9m over 6 years (1/10/2024-31/9/2030). The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
