The value stated in II.1.7 and V.2.4 is the lowest value in the following range 4,631,623.20 GBP to 6,947,434.80 GBP which has been calculated to include all extension options and the highest value accounts for a potential increase in demand for services by 50percent. It is not a guarantee of uptake or minimum demand. In Section I.2 it is stated that this procurement is a joint procedure and contract award is by a Central Purchasing Body. This contract is not a joint contract, it is a Central Purchasing. Body Contract operated by BSO PALS on behalf of the participants listed in Section 1.1.
