Legal Justification

The contracts for interim recruitments was originally awarded after a below threshold competition was run. In order to ensure continuity of the service for a number of contractors a decision has been made to extend the service contract until 31/03/2025, while a compliant procedure can be run to replace the current services. Medicines Discovery Catapult will observe a 10-day standstill from the date of publication of this VEAT, during which the Authority will not enter into any contractual arrangement
