Description

Red Kite Community Housing are seeking a single supplier for the provision of tree consultancy services to High Wycombe and surrounding areas. All information can be found in the suite of tender documents. Red Kite are also tendering separately for Tree Maintenance Services. It could be perceived that there may be a conflict of interest if one party were to deliver both services under the two tenders. Bidders are welcome to bid for both tenders, but if the same bidder is ranked first for both tenders, they will be invited to confirm which tender they wish to proceed with, and the discarded tender offered to the next ranked bidder. This will apply to any companies who are part of or affiliated to a wider 'Group' of companies.

Total Quantity or Scope

Red Kite Community Housing are seeking a single supplier for the provision of tree consultancy services to High Wycombe and surrounding areas. All information can be found in the suite of tender documents. Whilst an estimated contract value is given, this can differ on a year by year basis dependent on the assessed state of the tree stock and where the assessment is within the tree inspection cycle. No services are guaranteed.

Renewal Options

The contract term is for 3 years but may be subject to 2 x 12 month extension options subject to performance and value for money
