Description
The service coordinates CeTRs for those people (all ages) with a learning disability and/or autism who are at risk of hospital admission, and adults in a specialist inpatient setting, to provide independent challenge and scrutiny in order to reduce the risk of inappropriate admissions, improve quality of life in the community, and ensure timely discharges from hospital.

Nottingham and Nottinghamshire are intending to award a contract to an existing provider following direct award process C. The contract is activity based. The dates between which the services are intended to be provided are 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2028.

For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 25 October 2024. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.
