Description

The service coordinates CeTRs for those people (all ages) with a learning disability and/or autism who are at risk of hospital admission, and adults in a specialist inpatient setting, to provide independent challenge and scrutiny in order to reduce the risk of inappropriate admissions, improve quality of life in the community, and ensure timely discharges from hospital.

Nottingham and Nottinghamshire are intending to award a contract to an existing provider following direct award process C. The contract is activity based. The dates between which the services are intended to be provided are 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2028.
