Pulmonary Rehabilitation Service - - NHS West Yorkshire ICB (Bradford District and Craven Health & Care Partnership). This service will cover the eligible population of Bradford Districts, Airedale and Craven Place. Pulmonary rehabilitation is an exercise and education programme designed for people with lung disease who experience symptoms of breathlessness.
