Total Quantity or Scope

Proprietary Drugs are branded lines that are protected by a patent and can only be produced by the patent owner. This contract will focus on these patented drugs, but may include some drugs which are due to lose their patent protection in the near future.

Renewal Options

There is a possibility to extend up to a further 12 months.
