Description

Disrepair Remedial Works Curo is looking to procure a contract for Disrepair Remedial Works which will encompass general build and roofing work requirements to Curo properties. Services thew the works orders raised will be based on the NHF v8 schedule of rates (SOR) and Workmanship & Material Specification. Curo seeks to engage a single contractor to provide a high quality and cost-effective disrepair remedial works. The duration of the contract is for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 1 year (4 years total subject to performance). Appointed provider will work to deliver the following workstreams: o Ventilation works o Insulation works (cavity, wall & floor) o Damp Proofing/Condensation o Brickwork o Carpentry & Joinery o Disabled Adaptations and Minor Works o Drainage o Electrical Repairs o Fencing and Gates o Foundations o Glazing o Groundworks o Heating, Gas Appliances and Installation o Masonry o Roofing o Painting & Decorating o Plasterwork and Other Finishes o Plumbing o Scaffolding o Specialist Treatments o Wall and Floor Tile and Sheet Finishes The works package will be made up of the contractors' schedule of rates submitted as part of the tender process. The works package will then be issued to the contractor with a cost estimate to deliver the work (based upon the contractor's tendered SOR) and mandatory delivery timescales.
