To modify the adult mental health, dementia, learning disabilities and autism contract with Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust to include: - additional funding for the Strategic Development, Innovation and Integration (SDII) Hub - 2024/25 consultant pay award funding - Community Mental Health Transformation Programme Support Officer Role funding The lifetime value of the contract is £1,262,771,200 and the effective date of modification is 1 April 2024.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) contract modification notice, under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
