Description

Catering services at 7 schools in the Leeds and West Yorkshire area.

Total Quantity or Scope

The Abbey Multi Academy Trust has decided to tender their catering services to investigate the financial and qualitative benefits they could be offered through this process. The schools involved are: - St Chad's C of E Primary Manston St James CE Primary Christ Church Upper Armley Holy Trinity C of E Primary Abbey Grange C of E Academy Bishop Young C of E Academy Lightcliffe Academy Further specifics about each school are given later in the document under 'The Schools'. The Contract Duration and Structure The contract will be awarded for a three-year duration with the option of two additional, one-year extensions. This is subject to the satisfactory performance of the work. A Group Manager works within the contract and is based currently at Abbey Grange CE Academy. Currently a fuel card is used within this role. Costs attached to visiting other schools should be considered within the management fee.
