Description

The Council requires a suitably qualified and experienced lift contractor to provide lift servicing, breakdown and repair (including occasional major component replacement due to obsolescence, DDA and compliance updates etc.) to the Council.

Renewal Options

2.5 It is anticipated that the contract will run from 1st April 2025 or any later date determined by the Council for an initial 3 years to 31st March 2028, after which the Council reserves the right to extend the Contract for a further 2 x 1 year periods.
