Description

Online service to provide Mental Health support and therapeutic intervention for school aged children across South Staffordshire. The Trust is intending to award a contract to an existing provider following direct award process C. The approximate lifetime value of the contract is £424,000.00. The intended dates of the Contract will be 7th December 2024 for a 12 month period (with a plus 6 months plus 6 months extension option up to 6th December 2025)

The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 14th November 2024 (24:00 Hrs - Midnight). This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR. Written representations should be sent to:- procurement@mpft.nhs.uk The award decision makers are Sarb O'Brien and Di Pudlo. All stakeholders have completed a conflict of interest document and no conflicts have been noted.
