The project will support twelve local authorities (LAs) to develop a plan and roadmap (signed up to by the LAs' and their partner agencies' senior decision-makers) to improve data maturity, including moving towards establishment of a digital 'single view' (in the near-term for the six more data mature LAs; and in the longer term for the six less digitally mature LAs)
