Description

Supply and Installation of Flooring (all types) Framework Agreement Hillcrest wishes to enter into a 3-year Framework Agreement with the possible 1-year extension for the provision of a supply and fit flooring contract for Hillcrest properties based on locality areas. This will include ad hoc, reactive flooring works, flooring works in void properties were required, planned maintenance flooring i.e. replacement kitchens and bathrooms and stage 3 medical adaptation flooring. This may also include supply and fitting of flooring to new build properties. Properties may be occupied or void when the work is completed.
