NOE CPC are engaging with providers of salary sacrifice, lease and rental vehicles to the NHS and wider public sector with a view to informing the outputs of a future re-procurement of the existing NOE CPC framework for Staff Benefit Salary Sacrifice for Cars Scheme (CPC Drive). Our current intention is to consider a framework with wider scope including but not limited to salary sacrifice, lease (including business lease and personal contract hire/lease), short-term and long-term rental of vehicles.
Total Quantity or Scope
NOE CPC are engaging with providers of salary sacrifice, lease and rental vehicles to the NHS and wider public sector with a view to informing the outputs of a future re-procurement of the existing NOE CPC framework for Staff Benefit Salary Sacrifice for Cars Scheme (CPC Drive). Our current intention is to consider a framework with wider scope including but not limited to salary sacrifice, lease (including business lease and personal contract hire/lease), short-term and long-term rental of vehicles. It is a requirement of the framework and envisaged that the various vehicle services, will be accessed via a web-based portal or portals that will be CPC Drive branded. Providers will need to comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act (DPA) 2018 in the provision of these services.We are in the early stages of development of this framework agreement, and would welcome feedback from the providers of these services on our proposed approach.Interested providers are asked to respond to a short survey which will help to guage interest, identify service providers, and gain feedback to inform the scope and structure of the new framework. Detail of how to respond to this PIN are set out in section VI.3 Additional Information of this notice. This survey is accessible via https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/CPCDRIVEPIN/.We also encourage providers to express interest in this project on the Atamis Health Family e-Commercial System under project reference (C319208) so they can be notified of any future engagement activity. Providers are asked to respond to the survey and express their interest by Tuesday 3rd December. The value provided is the PIN is indicative of the value over 4 years.Providers should note that this planned re-procurement is subject to Cabinet Office Spend Control approval prior to publication and therefore the framework and the estimated date of publication of contract will be subject to that approval process.
