The awarding of this contract is subject to the health care services provider selection regime regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt the provisions of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the stand still period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 9th December 2024. This contract has not yet formally been awarded. This notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR. Representations should be sent to phillip.simmons@nhs.net. Award decision makers are Adrian Elsworth and Phillip Simmons. There were no conflicts of interest in relation to the decision making process. All key criteria were weighted at 20% as none of the key criteria were considered more important than others. It was decided to renew the contract with the incumbent provider on the basis we have evidenced they have provided a good quality service and are likely to continue to do so.
