Description
Mental Health Rehabilitation Services is an intermediate short-term service of up to 2 years, for adults with needs in relation to their mental health.
Total Quantity or Scope
This notice is an intention to award a contract under the competitive process The approximate lifetime value of the contract is £5,280,000 This is a new service The initial Contract period will be 3 years, after such time the Authority may extend the Contract by any number of defined periods, provided that the total duration does not exceed 8 years. The anticipated Commencement Date for Fleetwood Setting is January/February 2025. Price is not the only award criterion and all criteria are stated only in the procurement documents

** PREVIEW NOTICE, please check Find a Tender for full details. ** This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by [ADD 8 working days]. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award a contract under the competitive process of the PSR. Written representations should be sent to CAPHProcurement@lancashire.gov.uk The award decision-maker is: Balwinder Kaur, Director of Adult Community Social Care 60% of the criteria was in relation to the quality criteria as this is considered to be appropriate given the nature of the service, including 10% of the criteria being social value in line with the Lancashire County Council social value policy. 40% of the criteria was in relation to the price evaluation. As per the published evaluation criteria the successful tenderer achieved the highest overall score based on their scores for quality and price.
