This includes quarterly servicing, waste disposal, and emergency response. Estimated annual value: £90K with an RPI-linked uplift of up to 5%. Lot 2: Responsive out-of-hours service for external drainage issues, including blocked drains, CCTV surveys, and repairs across Eastlight's properties. Estimated annual value: £300K with an RPI-linked uplift of up to 5%. Key requirements include a 24/7 call-out service, compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, and detailed reporting. Contractors must liaise with residents where applicable and provide condition reports. Details to arrange site visits and assess works are provided in the Invitation to Tender (ITT).
