Estimated annual cost: £90K with RPI-linked uplift. Lot 2: Responsive out-of-hours service for blocked drains and external drainage issues, including CCTV surveys, repairs, and reports. Estimated annual value: £300K with an RPI-linked uplift of up to 5%. Key requirements include a 24/7 call-out service, compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, and detailed reporting.
