Improving quality of life for carers' in Halton, both young carers and young adult carers, to access a wide range of universal and targeted services that will support them to improve their quality of life throughout all stages of their caring role.

NHS Cheshire and Merseyside ICB - Halton Place intend to award a 1 year contract via Direct award C to incumbent provider to deliver support to Carers' in Halton. The contract will start on the 1st of April 2024, expire on 31st March 2025 and has an annual contract value of £341,866.
