The SOC Tender will prominently focus on those Bidders that can work with Rapid7 as the SIEM provider and provide the additional wrap-around Services to ensure ENWL becomes eCAF compliant before the end of 2025.

The Tender will prominently focus on those Bidders that can work with Rapid7 as the SIEM provider and provide the additional wrap-around Services to ensure ENWL becomes eCAF compliant before the end of 2025. Existing tools owned by ENWL to be maintained by the Provider: Office365 E5 (defender, Email Security, DLP), Zscaler Web proxy, Tenable IO, IDAM. New tools to be rolled out as part of the project (NDR, Egress, SOAR)

Renewal Options

Potential for an additional 12 months after the initial 36. Optional extension of an additional year.
