Description

For the provision of an Ante Natal Information Peer Support Service and Post Natal Peer Support Service for all Breastfeeding Mothers Discharged from Ayrshire Maternity Unit.

Total Quantity or Scope

This is a unique and effective partnership between Ayrshire & Arran Health Board and a service provider for the provision of breastfeeding peer support. The provider will be part of an Integrated Infant Feeding Team involving Ayrshire & Arran Health Board’s Maternity Infant Feeding Team and Community Infant Feeding Team providing an Ante Natal Information and Peer Support Service and Post Natal Peer Support Service for all Breastfeeding Mothers Discharged from Ayrshire Maternity Unit. Additional information: Any continuation beyond one year is wholly dependent on funding.

Renewal Options

One year contract with the option to extend for further two x 12 month periods, however, any continuation beyond one year is wholly dependent upon funding.
