Description
To provide Whickham School with outstanding IT service and support, working in collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team to support the strategic and operational aims of the school. We have a significant IT infrastructure supporting a complex web of interrelated software and systems. A key requirement of the required service will be to maintain operational availability of these systems at all times. Good proactive maintenance (housekeeping) needs to be rigorously applied to ensure operational efficiency and resilience. We have a rolling programme of IT hardware equipment replacement which the on-site team would be required to install and configure.

Renewal Options
