Description
This notice is placed as a Prior Information Notice (PIN) to inform the market of Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG) Integrated Care Board's (ICB's), (the Commissioner's), intention to recommission a digital board portal to support the ongoing management of ICB Board and committee documents. The Commissioner would like to understand the level of provider interest in delivering these services. Users will broadly fall into two categories: • Meeting Participants - who need to access and annotate documents for their own records or exchange and provide a consistent record of minutes with actions being automatically tracked. • Administrators - who need to be able to configure the portal for designated meetings to reflect agendas and to efficiently upload main documents and appendices which can be quite large. The system must provide reliable, secure access, a controlled environment, and comply with necessary standards of information governance. Users will expect the system to operate intuitively, provide a positive experience which will include quick and easy use, and straightforward access. The Commissioner is interested in considering how the portal can improve the productivity of the board and ensure elements of collaboration, as well as transactions such as prior sign off. The Commissioner is also keen to understand the roadmap for connecting to their future ambitions around automation and AI capability. There are likely to be in the region of 100 users with at least 25 administrators of the system, not all of whom will be employed by the ICB. The estimate budget for these services is currently £34,000 per annum and the expected contract term would likely be for 3 years, making a total estimate contract value of £102,000 over the term. TUPE does not apply.
