The contract will commence on 2 January 2025 to 31 March 2025. Key Criteria: Quality and Innovation - Improvement in performance due to reduced waiting times and use of digital therapies as an innovative and effective method of treatment. Value - The provider has delivered an effective service within the available budget allocation at a lower cost than agency rates. Integration, Collaboration, Service Sustainability - Improved relationships with GP's and other referrers due to reduced waiting times. Improved service user experience. Enabling the service to reduce a waiting list backlog so that the service will be able to consistently meet waiting times standards. Improving access - Service users would access treatment more quickly.
