The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. Decision makers: Alison Mundell Community Pharmacy Clinical Lead Debbie Campbell Chief Pharmacist and Director of Medicines Optimisation Susie McMullen Head of Contracts: Children's, Community and Primary Care No potential or conflicts of interest from any individuals were identified in this process. Bristol, North Somerset, South Gloucestershire ICB reviewed the Specialist medicine services in the Spring 2024 during which a recommendation was endorsed to continue existing services whilst also to award new contracts in locations where services were not available. A service and provider evaluation of the current providers was reviewed against the 5 key criteria, These criteria are not weighted differently as they are equally important for this service. • Quality & Innovation • Value • Integration, collaboration & service sustainability • Improving access, reducing health inequalities and facilitating choice • Social value The assessment used highlighted how the current provider met each of these objectives. The providers were able to meet the service specification and agreed KPI's which were used to evaluate performance. Representations may be sent to Alison.Mundell@nhs.net
