A collaborative one stop health and well-being service for the local homeless population. Being facilitated with an MDT approach via a pop-up clinic within the Sanctus unit in Chelmsford. The authority is is intending to award a contract to an existing provider following direct award process C. THe authority has assessed the existing provider under PSR selection criterion and affirms that the existing provider is satisfying the original contract and will likely satisfy the proposed contract to a sufficient standard. The value of the contract is £84,000 and the contract will be from 3rd January 2025 to the 2nd January 2026

Legal Justification

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representation by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 24th December 2024. This contract has not yet formerly been awarded , this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.
