Description

Intention to Award Notice NHS North West Health and Justice Team (The Relevant Authority) is intending to award the above contract from 01 April 2025 for a period of 5 years plus an option to extend by further 3 years at the discretion of the Relevant Authority and subject to satisfactory contractual and financial performance. The contract value for the total contract term is £16,952,000. This is an existing service which has been awarded to a provider who currently delivers elements of the service via a subcontracting arrangement. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice under a competitive process. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
