In 2018, the Council embarked on a large-scale engagement activity with residents, staff, members, partners and businesses to shape our vision for Surrey in 2030. To create oversight of the Care Market linking national, regional and local information to enable effective Commissioning, Brokerage and Operational oversight via reporting and intelligence needed to facilitate strategic and operational decisions.
