Description

Hampshire County Council have awarded a contract to Ulverscroft Group Limited for supply of spoken word & large print material to Hampshire's Library Service for loan to library customers. Provision of these resources are required in order for the service to meet the statutory duties of the Public Libraries and Museums Act 1964. Spoken-Word (Audiobooks) and Large Print books are a key aspect of service provision for all customers and the format especially facilitates access to books for customers who may be unable to access them elsewhere. The contract was awarded via a Single Tender Action and has a total value of £176,000 with a duration of 2 years with two optional one year extensions.
