RNP is used by European Interconnector customers to nominate against capacity purchased in the Long-term, Day Ahead and Intraday auctions. The 24/7 helpdesk is available to the Client, TSOs, the customers and the Power Trading Team to support if there is an issue with completing the nominations process or if there is an unplanned outage on the interconnectors. The Client procured a new contract for the following: • Hosting and application development of RNP 2.0; • Support and maintenance; • Associated 24/7 helpdesk services.

Previous notices: • FTS reference: 2024/S 000-002200 • OJEU reference: 2024/S 021-059532 The Contracting authorities observed a standstill period in accordance with Regulation 102 of the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016 (as amended) ("UCR 2016") and the EU Utilities Directive (2014/25/EU) before concluding the contract. The standstill period run from 22nd November 2024 until 11.59pm on 2nd December 2024, so as to ensure compliance with the Directive and relevant national public procurement laws in the UK and France. Any economic operator which suffers, or risks suffering, loss or damage attributable to a breach of duty owed under the UCR 2016 may bring proceedings in the High Court and proceedings in respect of the public procurement laws of France may be brought in the French judicial court (tribunal judiciaire) of Nanterre.
