Description
This is a lifting response service for Sefton registered patients, meeting the needs of those who have fallen in their usual place of residence, have called 999 or alerted via a falls pendant alarm and do not appear to have an injury that requires a clinical intervention from a Health Care Professional, but is unable to recover themselves from the floor. This service is delivered as part of 2 hour Urgent Community Response (UCR) in Sefton.
Total Quantity or Scope
NHS Cheshire and Merseyside ICB - Sefton Place intend to award a 1 year contract via Direct Award C to the incumbent provider to deliver a lifting response service in Sefton. The contract will start on 4th April 2024, expire on 3rd April 2025 and has an annual contract value of £43,747.
