The Council is seeking a single contractor to maintain, service, replacement of heating and hot water systems for Fareham Borough Council’s Housing Properties and Public Buildings

Total Quantity or Scope

Most properties will be subject to a comprehensive 3-star service requirement. By the nature of the works no guarantee of quantity can be given. An estimated quantity and cost per annum is provided below: Service and Maintenance (Houses) – 1900 No. properties - Estimated value £320K per annum. Service and Maintenance (Commercial) – £130k per annum. New Installs (Houses) – £150k per annum
