Description
The contract is for the provision of Media Monitoring and Evaluation Services, more fully described below, to the BBC. The BBC is acting on its own behalf and as an agent to the BBC Group. Any reference in this document to the BBC shall be deemed to include a reference to the BBC Group and constituent entities unless the context requires otherwise. Press Monitoring – monitoring of specified keywords and topics within print content and mainstream online news, trade, consumer, local and regional media including delivery of results and reports to the BBC. Human-driven Evaluation and Analysis – the evaluation and analysis of the results of monitoring through human review, including delivery of results and reports to the BBC; and Evaluation and Analysis – automated assessment of the media monitoring results data including instant user access to reports on the BBC.
Renewal Options
There will be an initial term of 24 months with a possible extension of a further 12 months.

** PREVIEW NOTICE, please check Find a Tender for full details. ** In the case of technology requirements, the BBC may involve its technology partner (Atos IT Solutions and Services Limited) to assist in the scoping and drafting of invitations to tender and/or the evaluation of tenders. However, the final decision as to which is the most economically advantageous (by reference to the award criteria) will be made by the BBC. The awarding authority reserves the right not to award a contract and to annul the procurement process at any stage. Tenders and all supporting documents must be priced in sterling and all payments will be made in sterling. The contract shall be subject to English law. The awarding authority does not bind itself to accept the lowest, or any tender and reserves the right to accept part of a tender unless the tenderer expressly stipulates otherwise in the tender document.
