Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is looking to contract for an 18 Bed Mental Health Acute Ward for male and female patients which is located within 50 miles of the Berkshire border. The Trust will be looking to work collaboratively with the selected provider in order to provide quality healthcare for patients.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using the competitive process. The contract was awarded on 9th January 2025. The contract is due to run from 10th January 2025 to 9th January 2027 with options for 2 more years. The value is £21,826,904.
