Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council (The Council) is seeking to develop a Flexible Purchasing System (FPS) for the provision of Day Opportunities in Stockport. The objective of the procurement exercise is to ensure that the Council offers a diverse range of Day Opportunity provision in line with our Care Act 2014 duties in relation to market shaping and commissioning.
