Description
The BBC has Awarded a Framework Agreement to two suppliers. The Framework Agreement is effective from 13th January 2025 and will be effective for 4 years. The Framework Agreement will not be extended. Suppliers will be providing a range of services including but not limited to Accessibility Training and Learning, Accessibility Consultancy, Accessibility and Inclusive Design reviews against industry and BBC accessibility guidelines and standards as well as support with non W3C complaint technologies. The estimated spend range over the 4 year term is between £400,000 to £600,000 The spend ranges are not committed spend ranges, and are therefore "only an estimation" of spend that could be made through the Framework Agreement.

However, the final decision as to which is the most economically advantageous (by reference to the award criteria) will be made by the BBC. The awarding authority reserves the right not to award a contract and to annul the procurement process at any stage. Tenders and all supporting documents must be priced in sterling and all payments will be made in sterling. The contract shall be subject to English law. The awarding authority does not bind itself to accept the lowest, or any tender and reserves the right to accept part of a tender unless the tenderer expressly stipulates otherwise in the tender document.
