Description
Reach Out Camden Alliance is an alliance of four voluntary and community sector (VCS) organisations (Mind in Camden, Likewise, Voiceability and The Advocacy Project) that work in partnership with the Council, North Central London Integrated Care Board (NCL ICB) and North London Foundation Trust. The services provided include, although are not limited to, a range of direct resident-facing and capacity building offers, such as: • Navigation and social prescribing • 121 emotional and practical support • Group support and community activities • Peer mentoring • Cultural advocacy and addressing inequalities • Service user involvement and co-production
Total Quantity or Scope
The Council intend to award a contract to the Camden Reach Out Alliance (the existing provider) following direct award process C as set out in the Provider Selection Regime. The award of the contract to Reach Out Camden Alliance will be for a period of 2 years from 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2027 for a total sum of £1,961,868.

** PREVIEW NOTICE, please check Find a Tender for full details. ** This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 30th January 2025. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR. The proposed Contract Award has been approved by the Executive Director of Adults and Health following Consultation with the Cabinet Member for Health, Wellbeing and Adult Social Care at the London Borough of Camden. There were no Conflicts of interest identified among officers involved in the process. In accordance with Direct Award Process C under the Provider Selection Regime, a thorough assessment of the proposed provider was undertaken against the following Key Criteria: • Quality and innovation - 20% • Integration, collaboration and service sustainability - 20% • Improving access, reducing health inequalities and facilitating choice - 30% • Social Value -10% • Value - 20% The Reach Out Camden Alliance submitted a robust response within the set financial envelope. The submission demonstrated strengths in all relevant areas of the key criteria.
