Description

Children and young people are supported to access services at the point of need and are protected from harm, isolation, bullying and social exclusion. To achieve this, the Provider shall deliver: A peer-to-peer family help model that delivers home based support and practical help to families who are experiencing difficulties. A robust volunteer programme with a robust supervision model and training plan. A range of interventions and Evidence based parenting programmes designed to help parents / carers of children and young people who have identified unmet needs.
