Description

Pagabo Limited, on behalf of Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust wish to re-procure the National Framework for Developer Led Schemes for access for Public Sector Bodies, including Charities which is set to expire in April 2026. This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is separate to any other tender opportunity and its purpose is to consult the market to inform on the design and scope of the tender.

Total Quantity or Scope

Scope of works:The Framework scope intends to include asset and infrastructure related development services including associated consultancy and legal services. The intention is to divide the Framework into lots, and the scope of those lots will be informed based on market consultations.The framework shall have the facility for Contracting Authorities to Direct Award and further compete their requirements.
