Other Information
The Council is carrying out soft market testing which will enable the Council to further understand the current market for this service/solution in more detail and collate valuable feedback for consideration and possible inclusion into future procurement activity. It gives the opportunity for potential providers to let the Council know whether they are interested in providing the service. Potential bidders will not be prejudiced by any response or failure to respond to the market sound exercise. Potential bidders must also note that a response to this notice does not guarantee an invitation to participate in this or any future procurement that the Council may conduct, nor that the Council will procure any such supply and services or accepts any proposals offered. The Council has developed a questionnaire that they would like interested parties to complete. We will decide on the next phase of engagement based on the outcome. The management of this Soft Market Testing exercise will be conducted via the Council's e-tendering portal In-tend. https://in-tendhost.co.uk/birminghamcc Interested parties must download the questionnaire from the In-tend portal and submit completed questionnaires via the portal by 5pm on 7th March 2025.
