The maximum estimated value of the opportunity is up to £3,500,000.00 excluding VAT across a potential 5 year term with a maximum estimated annual value of up to £700,000.00 excluding VAT. The Contract duration shall be for a period of 3 years with option to extend on an annual basis for a further 2 years (3+1+1) from commencement of the Contract.
