Description
NEPO is awarding a multi-contractor, multi-lot framework agreement for civil engineering and infrastructure works. This framework agreement provides a diverse range of civil engineering and/or infrastructure works. Lots are categorised according to the project value and the geographical location of the project.
Lot Division
| 1 | Tees Valley - Up to £1,000,000 Lot 1 will cover projects with an initial budgeted value of £1,000,000 within the boundaries of the Tees Valley |
| 2 | Durham, Northumberland and Tyne & Wear - Up to £1,000,000 Lot 2 will cover projects with an initial budgeted value of £1,000,000 within the boundaries of Durham. Northumberland and Tyne & Wear. |
| 3 | North East - £1,000,001 - £3,000,000 Lot 3 covers projects with an initial budgeted value of between £1,000,001 and £3,000,000 within the boundaries of the North East of England |
| 4 | North East - £3,000,001 - £5,000,000 Lot 4 covers projects with an initial budgeted value of between £3,000,001 and £5,000,000 within the boundaries of the North East of England |

Contracting Authorities are wholly responsible for the Call-Off Contract meeting the requirements of the applicable funding body.
